A volunteer is an assistant at events. And my path as a volunteer is diverse: 1. Registration and reception of guests: assistance in checking tickets, issuing badges and information materials. For example, Enactus Kazakhstan Collaboration Forum 2023, where she checked the registration of participants. 2. Sending and informing guests. I was able to guide the guests to the venue of the event and provided information about the schedule. 3.Assistance in the organization: you can be involved in the preparation of decorations, installation of equipment, decoration of the venue itself. 4. Photo and video shooting. Shooting assistance may be needed at events. For example, in addition to shooting, Enactus was engaged in video editing. 5. Disassembly and cleaning: at the end of the event, a volunteer can help with the disassembly and cleaning of the site. This happens with almost all events. Volunteering is an incredibly important and noble activity. With each event it becomes easier than at the very beginning of the journey, because everything comes with experience.

By participating in projects, camps, and events from ENACTUS, I found not only an opportunity to help, but also to develop as a person. Communicate with different personalities from different teams, share experiences and ideas. Working in a team of various projects, I not only gained practical experience, but also mastered the art of effective interaction. Volunteering is more than just helping; it is the sharing of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm that makes this process inspiring and enriching. Volunteering is an opportunity to grow, develop and share your contribution to a common cause.

I, Bekzat, would like to share my experience of volunteering at ENACTUS KAZAKHSTAN, which has become a point of growth and inspiration for me to develop myself as a person. Participating in the ENACTUS program allowed me not only to meet many amazing personalities, but also to develop as a professional and leader. Thanks to volunteering, I now have the honor to hold the position of the regional coordinator of ENACTUS KAZAKHSTAN for the southern region. Now I have a great opportunity to contribute to the development of the organization. In addition, volunteering has paved various paths for personal growth and development. Thanks to various ENACTUS Kazakhstan events, my horizons have greatly expanded and I have acquired new skills. In particular, I have learned how to organize large events such as forums and camps for students and schoolchildren. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful organization and contribute to its success!
